Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the drawer.co website and the Drawer application provided by Clientweb Limited. Drawer is a business-to-business service intended for use by organisations rather than consumers.
The provider
Drawer is provided by Clientweb Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04702458), registered office 3 Warners Mill, Silks Way, Braintree, Essex, CM7 3GB, England.
The service
Drawer provides tools and document templates that help a business create, organise and maintain policy documents. The service is provided on a subscription basis per company. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops.
Not legal advice
Drawer supplies software, structure and templates. It does not provide legal, regulatory, health and safety or professional advice, and using Drawer does not create a solicitor-client or advisory relationship. Templates and guidance are general in nature and may not fit your circumstances.
You remain responsible for reviewing your policies, for making sure they are accurate and appropriate for your business, and for meeting any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to you. Where a matter is complex or high-risk, take advice from a suitably qualified professional. We do not guarantee any particular compliance, certification or regulatory outcome.
Accounts and access
Product access is through app.drawer.co. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are charged per company on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on our pricing section, in pounds sterling and exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew for further terms until cancelled. Prices and plan inclusions may change, and we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.
Acceptable use
You must not use Drawer unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another customer's data, interfere with its operation, or resell it without our agreement. We may suspend access where use puts the service or other customers at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business information and documents you put into Drawer. You grant us the permissions we need to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Drawer available and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on template content without your own review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using Drawer and cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing term. We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
